The SCRAP-IT Society was a successful proponent in the RFP process managed by Natural Resources Canada. Eligible Delivery Organizations are selected to distribute a component of the ZEVIP funding to Ultimate Recipients to install electric vehicle charging infrastructure projects. This particular program is focused on light-duty vehicle fleets.

This event was to announce federal investments totaling nearly $19 million for 26 projects to install up to 2,416 EV chargers where over 1,880 will be installed across Greater Vancouver.
