8 Step Process

8 Step Process

If your project is approved you will receive a Letter of Conditional Approval by email (to the email address provided in the application). Budget will then be allocated for you, but will not be guaranteed until we issue you a Contribution Agreement (Step 5). The Contribution Agreement must be signed within 10 business days of receipt, or the funding will not be guaranteed.

If you’ve already completed this step with another installer, please make sure you upload the documents with your application
(or email them directly to us)

Funding for the project is confirmed when the Contribution Agreement is signed (and not prior). The Contribution Agreement will be sent to the email address you provided in your application (or to your representative).

Note: If you have accepted a proposal from another company and already have a purchase order, please include those documents with your application.

Installation Process

Your project can begin. If Foreseeson is managing your installation all the NRCan required progress reporting will be taken care of for you. If you used a different company, we will contact you to obtain project updates

Once the installation project is complete, you can finalize your claim. As outlined in our Program Policies, we require EFT information in order to process your rebate.
